Congratulations are in order for Steven M. Campora of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLC and his team for their tireless work, resulting in a $117 million settlement with PG&E directors and officers!
This settlement was reached on the eve of trial and after defeating a demurrer, Defendants brought a motion for summary judgment, and taking dozens of depositions of key PG&E directors and officers. Given their years of experience prosecuting cases against PG&E, Mr. Campora and team were selected, along with four other California firms, to represent the Fire Victim Trust in this action against PG&E executives. The recovery will assist the Fire Victim’s Trust in compensating victims.
