This settlement was reached on the eve of trial and after defeating a demurrer, Defendants brought a motion for summary judgment, and taking dozens of depositions of key PG&E directors and officers. Given their years of experience prosecuting cases against PG&E, Mr. Campora and Ms. Crowl were selected, along with four other California firms, to represent the Fire Victim Trust in this action against PG&E executives.
