On the morning of December 10, 2022, another tragic collision occurred along a dangerous section of Folsom Lake Crossing in Folsom, CA. Earlier this year, on February 15, 2022, three people lost their lives in a head-on collision at the same location just west of East Natomas Street. Roger Dreyer and Anthony Garilli of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora LLP represent the family of two of the victims who died in the February collision. According to information obtained from the City of Folsom, officials have been aware of the problem and funding has been received to begin a median barrier project along the dangerous roadway. Yet, nothing to date has been done. Unfortunately, now there are at least three more critically injured people as a result of the unsafe roadway.
