The firm had a blast at the Run to Feed the Hungry this year. It was a cold but tremendous event and a great way to start our Thanksgiving Day. Thank you, Sacramento Food Bank, for the work you do to serve the hungry in our community. For the fifth year in a row, Joe Yates led the way with the highest individual fundraising total. This was Mr. Yates eighth year at Run to Feed the Hungry and the fifth consecutive year he has been the number one individual fundraiser out of 28,000+ participants. We are proud to say that this year team DBBWC was also the number one fundraising team. Combined, we helped to raise about 12% of all the donations brought in. The generous donations went to the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services to hand out Thanksgiving dinners for folks to prepare at home in addition to the thousands of dinners served at their facility.
