Robert A. Buccola, Steven M. Campora, Catia G. Saraiva, and Jason J. Sigel are co-counsel in the shareholder derivative lawsuit against PG&E board members. The suit alleges that the board members are responsible for misconduct which caused the September 2010 pipeline explosion which killed eight people, injured scores more and destroyed 38 homes.
On Aug. 28, 2015, the Court overruled demurrers filed by PG&E and the individual board members paving the wave for the litigation to proceed.
