Samual LC Dollar was born in San Jose, CA as a member of the Mihilakawna tribe, and was raised on his tribe's reservation located in Sonoma County. Following high school, he joined the United States Navy, where after graduating from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Program with distinction, he spent 6 years in the submarine service as a nuclear electrician: first as a member of the final crew of the Submarine NR1; and finishing his service on the USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720).
Following his naval service, Mr. Dollar attended University of Utah where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2015. In 2017, Mr. Dollar began his law school coursework at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where he helped lead the Military Law Society. During his time in law School, he entered into public service beginning with the Social Security Administration, then transferring to the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS). After graduating law school with distinction and passing the California Bar, Mr. Dollar proudly accepted an associate attorney position at our firm. While working at the firm, Mr. Dollar has been admitted to practice law in all 4 federal districts within California.
In his spare time, Samual likes to spend time with his significant other, Angel, and enjoys traveling the world with her and enjoying epic adventures together.
While working at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, Mr. Dollar has successfully assisted with many cases, including motor vehicle collisions, premise liability claims, wrongful death claims, claims against public entities, elder abuse, and broker liability claims.
